When I got married a few years ago, my friends and family members hosted a lovely wedding shower for me. At this shower, I received numerous towels, pieces of china, baking dishes, and other household items. However, I did not get any cutting boards. Because my husband knew how much I enjoyed cooking, he purchased me a large set of wooden cutting boards, and I decided to label them. I use a separate board for cutting fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheeses, and raw meats. In doing so, I don’t have to worry about cross contamination in my kitchen. On this blog, you will discover the importance of having multiple cutting boards.
